Common use of KEY MEN Clause in Contracts

KEY MEN. Section 1. The Employer shall have the right to employ a number of key employees. The term “key men” shall be defined as a limited number of regular employees who have the experience and qualifications necessary to do the work, and who are necessary to the Employer’s efficiency in carrying out the work covered by this Agreement. The Employer shall furnish the Union with the names and social security numbers of all key employees when employed on the job (see Addendum A).
