Common use of Key People Clause in Contracts

Key People. The Contractor must employ those people specified in the Contract Particulars in the jobs specified in the Contract Particulars. The Contractor must not replace them without the Contract Administrator's written approval unless any of them die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Contractor in which case they will be replaced with persons of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise approved by the Contract Administrator.

Key People. The Contractor must must: employ those people specified in the Contract Particulars Particulars, including the Contractor's Representative, in the jobs specified in the Contract Particulars. The Contractor must ; subject to paragraph (c), not replace them the people referred to in paragraph (a) without the Contract Administrator's prior written approval unless approval; and if any of them the people referred to in paragraph (a) die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Contractor in which case they will be replaced Contractor, replace them with persons approved by the Contract Administrator of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise approved by the Contract Administratorexpertise.
