KEY. Lessor, its janitor, engineer or other agents may retain a pass key to said Premises to enable it to access the Premises from time to time with reference to any emergency, daily janitorial services, or to the general maintenance of said Premises; provided that Lessor shall be responsible for all acts or omissions of itself, its janitor, engineer or other agents while on the Premises to the extent such acts or omissions cause any damage, loss, cost or expense to Lessee.
