Keyword Search Terms. (a) The Keyword(TM) online search terms made available on the AOL Service, combining AOL's Keyword(TM) online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to DigitalWork (and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement), and (b) the Go Word online search terms made available on CompuServe, combining CompuServe's Go Word online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to DigitalWork and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).
Keyword Search Terms. (a) The Keyword™ online- search terms made available on the AOL Service, combining AOL’s Keyword™ online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to WebMD (and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement), and (b) the Go Word online search terms made available on CompuServe, combining CompuServe’s Go Word online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to WebMD and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).

Keyword Search Terms. To the extent this Agreement sets forth any mechanism by which the Affiliated MP site will be promoted in connection with specified search terms within any AOL product or service, MP hereby represents and warrants that MP has all rights necessary for MP to use these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AOL shall have the right to suspend the use of any search term if AOL has reason to believe that the continued use of such term may subject AOL to material liability or other consequences. Keyword Search Terms. (a) The Keyword online search terms made available on the AOL Service, combining AOL's Keyword online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to SB (and determined by AOL, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and (b) the Go Word online search terms made available on CompuServe, combining CompuServe's Go Word online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to SB and determined by AOL, subject to the terms of this Agreement. LEVEL I DATA ENHANCEMENTS. Any data beyond a Standard Business Listing contained in the [**] Database that enhance the Standard Business Listings inserted into the [**] Database. LEVEL II DATA ENHANCEMENTS. Any data or other content (incremental to that which is contained in the [**] Database) that enhances the features and functionality and/or data contained in the DLA Platform.
Keyword Search Terms. Any Keyword Search Terms to be directed to Merchant's Site shall be (i) subject to availability and (ii) limited to the combination of the keyword search modifier combined with a registered trademark of MERCHANT. AOL reserves the right at any time to revoke MERCHANT's use of any keywords that are not registered trademarks of MERCHANT. MERCHANT acknowledges that its utilization of a Keyword Search Term will not create in it, nor will it represent it has, any right, title or interest in or to such Keyword Search Term, other than the right, title and interest MERCHANT holds in MERCHANT's registered trademark independent of the Keyword Search Term. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, MERCHANT will not: (a) attempt to register or otherwise obtain trademark or copyright protection in the Keyword Search Term; or (b) use the Keyword Search Term, except for the purposes expressly required or permitted under this Agreement. To the extent AOL allows AOL Users to "bookmark" the URL or other locator for the Merchant Site, such bookmarks will be subject to AOL's control at all times. Upon the termination of this Agreement, MERCHANT's rights to any keywords and bookmarking will terminate.

All Content provided by or on behalf of HS or its Affiliates and/or their respective agents to AOL, its Affiliates and/or their respective agents pursuant to this Agreement (e.g., offline promotional content or online Content for distribution through the AOL Network), including without limitation all Customized Programming.
