Know Your Customer and Other Required Information. To the extent reasonably requested in writing (which shall include any requests by e-mail) at least five Business Days prior to the First Restatement Effective Date, the Lenders shall have received, no later than one Business Day prior to the First Restatement Effective Date, all documentation and other information about the Loan Parties that is required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act. 108
