Know Your Customer and Other Required Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received, no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, all documentation and other information about the Credit Parties that is required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer,” anti-terrorist financing, government sanction and anti-money laundering rules, guidelines, orders and regulations including the U.S.A. PATRIOT Act and the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) (collectively, “AML Legislation”) to the extent reasonable and customary and requested in writing by the Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date.
