Common use of KPI Bonus Clause in Contracts

KPI Bonus. For each of the Company’s fiscal year during the Employment Period, Xxxxxx shall be eligible to participate in any Company Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plan, if any, with a target KPI equal to 60% of his Base Salary or as generally determined by the Company for the overall KPI plan

KPI Bonus. For each of the Company’s fiscal year during the Employment Period, Xxxxxx Xykis shall be eligible to participate in any Company Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plan, if any, with a target KPI equal to 6050% of his Base Salary or as generally determined by the Company for the overall KPI planplan .
