Common use of KYC Clause in Contracts

KYC. To the extent requested at least 10 business days prior to the Closing Date, the Lenders shall have received all documentation and other information required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable “know-your-customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act and, if applicable, the requirements of 31 C.F.R. § 1010.230, at least three business days prior to the Closing Date.

KYC.
