Common use of Labeling Information Exchange/Labeling Agreement Clause in Contracts

Labeling Information Exchange/Labeling Agreement. If requested by either Party, the Parties shall in good faith negotiate the terms of a Labeling agreement that includes methods and/or procedures for sharing information related to Labeling and the management of Labeling information, including CCDS. If the Parties mutually agree upon such a Labeling agreement it shall be attached hereto as Exhibit H. Subject to any limitations in any such Labeling Agreement, Licensee shall be solely responsible for the review and approval of all Labeling for the Product in the Territory.
