Labor Law Acknowledgement. The following provision supplements the acknowledgment contained in paragraph 13 of the Agreement: By accepting the Deferred Stock Units, the Employee acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Deferred Stock Units are being granted ex gratia to the Employee.
