Common use of Labor Law Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Labor Law Acknowledgment. By accepting the Award, the Participant acknowledges that: (i) the Award is intended as an incentive to remain employed with the Employer and is not intended as remuneration for labor performed; and (ii) the Award is not intended to replace any pension rights or compensation.

By accepting the Award, the Participant acknowledges that he or she understands and agrees that: (i) the Award is intended as an incentive to remain employed with the Employer and is not intended as remuneration for labor performed; and (iia) the Award is not intended related to replace the salary and other contractual benefits provided to the Participant by the Employer; and (b) any pension rights modification of the Plan or compensationits termination shall not constitute a change or impairment of the terms and conditions of the Participant’s employment.
