Common use of Labor or Materialmen's Liens Clause in Contracts

Labor or Materialmen's Liens. To pay promptly when due the entire cost of any work done on the Premises by Tenant, its agents, employees, or independent contractors. Tenant shall not permit any liens for labor or materials performed or furnished in connection therewith to attach to the Premises and agrees to discharge any such liens immediately.
