Common use of Labor or Materialmen's Liens Clause in Contracts

Labor or Materialmen's Liens. To pay promptly when due the entire cost of any work done on the Premises by Tenant, its agents, employees, or independent contractors; not to cause or permit any liens for labor or material performed or furnished in connection therewith to attach to the Premises; and within ten (10) days after Tenant's receipt of notice thereof, to discharge or bond over with a bond satisfactory to Landlord and Landlord's mortgagee(s) any such liens which may so attach;
