Labor Peace Assurance. As a material term, covenant and condition of this Permit, Permittee agrees to assure labor peace (“Labor Peace Assurance”) so that, during the term of this Permit, there shall be no picketing, work stoppages, boycotts or any other economic actions by or involving personnel employed in the Concession Operations that interfere with or disrupt the Concession Operations (“Labor-Related Disruption”).
