Laboratory Facilities Sample Clauses

The Laboratory Facilities clause defines the obligations and standards related to the provision and use of laboratory spaces and equipment within an agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for supplying the laboratory, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that the facilities meet any regulatory or project-specific requirements. For example, it may specify access rights, hours of operation, or the types of equipment to be made available. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities regarding laboratory resources, thereby minimizing disputes and supporting the smooth execution of research or technical work.
