Common use of Laboratory Instruction Clause in Contracts

Laboratory Instruction. “Laboratory instruction” shall mean that mode of instruction which consists of student learning activities, under the direction and supervision of a faculty member, using instruments, equipment and techniques appropriate to a particular discipline in which the student observes or measures phenomena, conducts experiments, undertakes projects, acquires specialized skills, and pursues similar kinds of experiences. “Laboratory instruction” shall not include instruction in a language laboratory.
