Land Bank Records. The Land Bank shall keep and maintain at its principal office, all documents and records of the Land Bank, which shall be available to the Members upon request. The records shall include, but not be limited to, a copy of this Agreement along with any amendments to the Agreement. The records and documents shall be maintained until the termination of this Agreement and shall be delivered to any successor entity.
