LAND EXPROPRIATION. 1. Notwithstanding Article 2.6 (Expropriation), where Singapore is the expropriating Party, any measure of expropriation relating to land, which shall be as defined in the Land Acquisition Act (Chapter 152 (1), shall be upon payment of compensation at market value in accordance with the aforesaid legislation.
