Sabotage. Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.

Sabotage. The Union agrees to report to the Company when it has knowledge of any acts of sabotage or damage to or the unauthorized or unlawful taking of Company, government, customer or any other person's or employee's property. The Union further agrees, if any such acts occur, to use its best efforts in assisting to identify and apprehend the guilty person or persons.

Sabotage. Deliberately impairing, destroying, damaging, or stealing another’s work or working material. Examples include:  Destroying, stealing, or damaging another’s lab experiment, computer program, term paper, exam or project  Removing uncharged library or learning resource center (LRC) material with the effect that others cannot use them  Defacing or damaging library or learning resource center (LRC) material with the effect that others cannot use them  Hoarding or displacing materials within the library or LRC with the effect that others have undue difficulty using them  Interfering with the operation of a computer system so it has an adverse effect on the academic performance of others.

Threatening, intimidating, coercing, or interfering with employees, supervisors, or students at any time. Practical jokes injurious to employees or district property. Possession, consumption, or reporting to work under the influence of alcohol, non-prescribed drugs, or controlled substances. Creating disturbances on the premises at any time. Disregard of known safety rules or common safety practices. Unsafe operation of motor driven vehicles. Operating machines or equipment without safety devises provided. Participating in or witnessing gambling, lottery, or any other game of chance on district property. Unauthorized distribution of literature, written, or printed matter of any description on district property. Posting or removing notices, signs, or writing in any form on bulletin boards of district property at any time without specific authority of the administration. Poor workmanship. Immoral conduct or indecency including abusive and/or foul language. Making or receiving personal telephone calls during working hours, except for emergencies. Walking off the job. Continued poor or negative attitude while on the job, including poor relationship with other staff of students. Smoking or tobacco use on district property is forbidden by state law. (See Board Policy CKDA) Failure to dress appropriately for work assignments. Refusal of job transfer within the district when transfer does not result in demotion. Abuse of rest periods or meal period policies. Inappropriate and/or unauthorized use of the school district’s computer network or Internet connections. Insubordination of any kind. Racial discrimination, including racial slurs or other demeaning remarks concerning another person’s race, ancestry, or country of origin and directed toward another employee, a student or a visitor. Violation of any district rule or policy. Violation of any administrative rule or order. If it is in the best interest of the school district, any support person may be suspended, demoted, or terminated. Violations of any of the above may lead to the suspension, demotion, or termination of the support employee. REFERENCE: 70 O.S. §6-101.40, et seq.
