Common use of Land Possession on License Clause in Contracts

Land Possession on License. Within thirty (30) days of signing of this agreement, the Authority shall provide for the purposes of Development of said project, the possession of land on License basis to the Licensee i. The Licensee shall have the right to use the Licensed Land in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for this purpose the Licensor may regulate the entry and use of the Licensed Land by the Third Parties without sub-letting the Licensed Land in favour of any third parties save and except in the manner provided in this Agreement; ii. The Licensee shall not without the prior written approval of NRANVP use the Licensed Land for any purpose other than for the purpose of developing Health Facility Development as per the applicable guidelines and other project facilities along with related infrastructure and purposes incidental or ancillary thereto;
