Common use of Land Registration Clause in Contracts

Land Registration. 3.19.1 The Tenant will not apply under rule 81 of the Land Registration Rules 2003 for the registration of an agreed notice against the Landlord's title to the Property in relation to this lease. The Tenant may apply under rule 83 of such Rules for the registration of a unilateral notice in such respect.
