Land Trust Ownership. The type of Property interest secured by the Land Trust under this Agreement (such as Fee Simple title or conservation agreement) is to be owned or held exclusively and entirely by the Land Trust, without joint ownership, dilution or any form of shared ownership or control, except that shared or joint ownership with a Receiving Entity is permitted. Any transfer, reduction or dilution of the Land Trust interest in the Property shall be subject to the approval requirements set out in subsection 6.04 below.
