LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Upon reasonable notice, Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents or representatives to enter the Premises at all reasonable times during business days and business hours for the purpose of determining whether or not Tenant is in compliance with its obligations hereunder.
