Landlord Assignments. It shall be a condition to the effectiveness of Landlord’s assignment of this Agreement that the applicable assignee has assumed in writing and agreed to keep and perform all of the terms of this Agreement on the part of Landlord to be kept and performed from and after such assignment, and Landlord shall promptly deliver the agreement memorializing such assignment and assumption to Tenant.
