Leased Property and Term. 2.1 Leased Property Upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord all of Landlord's right, title and interest in and to all of the following (collectively, the "Leased Property"):

Leased Property and Term. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby rents from Landlord, the Leased Premises together with all non-exclusive access, utility and/or drainage rights affecting, serving or otherwise appertaining thereto, and hereby conveys fee title to all improvements and appurtenances located on the Leased Premises as of the Effective Date. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the ninety-ninth (99th) anniversary of the last day of the month in which the Effective Date occurs (the “Lease Term”).

Leased Property and Term. Subject to the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent in Section 2.2 below, upon and subject to all of the other terms and conditions set forth in this Lease, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord the following property (collectively, the "Leased Property"):

Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby rents from Landlord, the Leased Premises together with all non-exclusive access, utility and/or drainage rights affecting, serving or otherwise appertaining thereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, commencing on the Commencement Date shown above and expiring on the day immediately prior to the ninety-ninth (99th) anniversary of the Commencement Date unless sooner terminated or extended as hereinafter provided; however, if the Commencement Date shall be other than the first day of a month, the original term of this Lease shall expire on the ninety-ninth (99th) anniversary of the last day of the month in which the Commencement Date occurs (“Lease Term”).
Leased Property and Term. SECTION 1.1. Landlord, for and in consideration of the rents herein reserved and of the covenants and agreements herein contained on the part of the Tenant, does demise and lease to the Tenant a portion of that certain real property and the improvements thereon located at Gum Springs Mountain Road, in White County, Tennessee, owned by Landlord, being a portion of parcel identification number 065 034.00, including the building located thereon, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, the “Leased Property”).
