Common use of Landlord Changes to Building Clause in Contracts

Landlord Changes to Building. Landlord reserves the right to construct additional improvements to the Building from time to time and to make such alterations thereof or additions thereto as Landlord may see fit, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Tenant or Tenant’s operations or signage. Landlord shall, at Landlord’s expense, make all revisions to the Building required by governmental rule or regulations, except such revisions as are required because of the operations of Tenant’s business in the Leased Premises. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, make all revisions to the Building which are required by governmental rule or regulation because of operation of Tenant’s business in the Leased Premises.
