Landlord Changes to the Plans. Landlord may make changes to the Plans ----------------------------- without Tenant's consent, provided that such changes (i) are necessary to address field conditions, (ii) will not create any additional monetary obligation for Tenant under the Lease, (iii) are in material conformity with the Plans (as they may have been previously revised by permissible Tenant and/or Landlord changes thereto), and (iv) will not result in the use of materials or equipment which are of a materially lesser quality or materially different appearance than those specified in the Plans.
