Common use of Landlord Indemnity of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Landlord Indemnity of Tenant. Landlord shall defend, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with any injury or other damage to any person or property resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, its agents, contractors, employees, customers and invitees.

Landlord Indemnity of Tenant. Landlord shall defend, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with any injury or other damage or damages to any person or property resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, its agents, contractors, employees, customers Landlord and inviteesthe Landlord Parties.

This indemnification shall survive the expiration or termination of the Lease Term.

Landlord Indemnity of Tenant. Landlord shall defend, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses to the extent arising from or in connection with any injury or other damage to any person or property resulting from the gross negligence any act or willful misconduct omission of Landlord, its agents, contractors, employees, customers and invitees, which indemnity extends to any and all claims arising from any breach or default in the performance of any obligation on Landlord’s part to be performed under the terms of this Lease.

Landlord Indemnity of Tenant. Landlord shall defend, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with (i) any injury or other damage to any person or property resulting from the gross negligence any act or willful misconduct omission of Landlord, its agents, contractors, employees, customers and inviteesor (ii) any uncured default by Landlord under this Lease. This indemnification shall survive the expiration or termination of the Lease Term.

Landlord Indemnity of Tenant. Landlord shall defend, indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses expense arising from or in connection with any injury or other damage (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements) to any person or property (i) resulting from any act or omission of Landlord, (ii) occurring outside of the gross Premises, unless caused by Tenant’s negligence or willful misconduct of Landlordmisconduct, its agents, contractors, employees, customers and inviteesor (iii) resulting from a default by Landlord under this Lease.
