Common use of Landlord Liability Clause in Contracts

Landlord Liability. Tenant agrees that, if Tenant shall recover a money judgment against Landlord under this Lease, such judgment shall be satisfied only out of Landlord’s estate in the Property, and neither Landlord nor Landlord Parties shall have any personal or further liability whatsoever with respect to any such judgment.

Landlord Liability. Tenant Xxxxxx agrees that, if Tenant Xxxxxx shall recover a money judgment against Landlord under this Lease, such judgment shall be satisfied only out of Landlord’s estate in the Property, and neither Landlord nor Landlord Parties shall have any personal or further liability whatsoever with respect to any such judgment.

If Landlord shall fail to perform any obligation under this Lease, and as a consequence thereof, or if on any other claim by Tenant agrees thatconcerning the Premises or this Lease, if Tenant shall recover a money judgment Judgment against Landlord under this LeaseLandlord, then such judgment Judgment shall be satisfied only out of Landlord’s estate in the PropertyPremises, including sales proceeds, insurance proceeds, and neither rent, and Landlord nor Landlord Parties shall have any no personal or further liability whatsoever with respect to any such judgmentdefault or Judgment.
