The agreed completion date is not to be earlier than 5 business days after the Seller has given notice to the Buyer that the licence has been obtained. The Seller must: (a) Use all reasonable endeavours to obtain the licence at the Seller’s expense; and (b) Enter into any Authorised Guarantee Agreement properly required.
