Landlord Not in Breach. The exercise by Landlord of any of its rights under this Article 17 (and any resultant interruption, noise, disruption, etc.) shall not constitute a breach by Landlord of any of its obligations under this Lease nor an infringement nor breach of any of Tenant’s rights under this Lease or at law, nor entitle Tenant to any abatement of Rent or damages or any other remedy whatsoever, whether or not damage to or interference with the use of the Premises or their contents shall result, except as expressly set forth in subsection 17.2(c) above.
