Landlord Not Responsible for Acts of Others. Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or those claiming by, through or under Tenant, for any loss or damage to their person or property resulting from the acts or omissions of persons occupying space adjoining or adjacent to the Premises or connected to the Premises or any other part of the Shopping Center or Resort caused by but not limited to events such as breaking or falling of electrical cables and wires, the breaking, bursting, stoppage or leaking of water, gas, sewer or steam pipes.

Tenant acknowledges that its use of the Premises and Shopping Center is at its own risk.
