Common use of Landlord Review Clause in Contracts

Landlord Review. Landlord will review the Tenant Space Plan to confirm that the Tenant Improvements contemplated thereby (i) conforms with or exceeds the standards of the Project and the requirements listed in Article V of this Exhibit B-1, and (ii) will not impair the structural, mechanical, electrical or plumbing integrity of the Project. Landlord shall either approve or disapprove the Tenant Space Plan within fifteen (15) days after the date Landlord receives the Tenant Space Plan. If Landlord does not approve the Tenant Space Plan, Landlord will inform Tenant in writing of its objections and Tenant will revise the same and deliver a corrected version to Landlord for its approval within ten (10) days after the date Tenant receives Landlord's disapproval notice. The approval and revision process for the revised Tenant Space Plan shall be the same as described in the previous two sentences.

Landlord shall either approve or disapprove the Tenant Space Plan within fifteen ten (1510) days after the date Landlord receives the Tenant Space Plan. If Landlord does not approve the Tenant Space Plan, Landlord will inform Tenant in writing of its objections and Tenant will revise the same and deliver a corrected version to Landlord for its approval within ten (10) days after the date Tenant receives Landlord's disapproval notice. The approval and revision process for the revised Tenant Space Plan shall be the same as described in the previous two sentences.
