Landlord Right to Show Premises. Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord or the Landlord's agents to show the premises to persons wishing to hire or purchase the same; and the Tenant further agrees that on and after the beginning of the 8th month, next preceding the expiration of the term hereby granted, the Landlord or the Landlord's agents shall have the right to place notices on the front of said premises, or any part thereof, offering the premises "To Let" or "For Sale", and the Tenant hereby agrees to permit the same to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation with the last ninty (90) days of the lease term.
