Common use of Landlord Supervision Fee Clause in Contracts

Landlord Supervision Fee. Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision and management fee (the “Landlord’s Supervision Fee”) in an amount equal to the product of (i) two percent (2%) and (ii) the costs incurred by Tenant to design and construct the Refurbished Improvements; provided, however, in no event shall Landlord’s Supervision Fee exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in the aggregate for all Refurbished Improvements.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord be responsible for a construction supervision and management fee (the “Landlord’s Landlord Supervision Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to the product of (i) two three percent (23%) and (ii) the total amount of the hard costs incurred by Tenant to design and construct the Refurbished Improvements; provided, however, in no event shall Landlord’s Improvements (excluding soft costs). Such Landlord Supervision Fee exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in shall be deducted by Landlord from the aggregate for all Refurbished ImprovementsRefurbishment Allowance.
