Common use of Landlord Transfer Clause in Contracts

Landlord Transfer. Landlord may transfer any portion of the Project and any of its rights under this Lease. If Landlord assigns its rights under this Lease, then Landlord shall thereby be released from any further obligations hereunder arising after the date of transfer, provided that the assignee assumes in writing Landlord’s obligations hereunder arising from and after the transfer date.

Landlord Transfer. Landlord may transfer any portion of the Project Building and any of its rights under this Lease. If Landlord assigns its rights under this Lease, then Landlord shall thereby be released from any further obligations hereunder arising after the date of transfer, provided that the assignee assumes in writing Landlord’s obligations hereunder arising from and after the transfer datein writing.
