Common use of Landlord’s Access Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Access. Landlord and its agents, contractors, and representatives (“Landlord’s Agents”) shall be permitted to enter upon the Property upon not less than two (2) days prior written notice, during normal business hours, to examine the condition thereof (subject to the rights of tenants and other occupants), provided that Landlord and Landlord’s Agents shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent any interruption of the conduct of business at the Property; and further provided that a representative of Tenant may accompany Landlord and Landlord’s Agents on any such entry. In case of emergency, Landlord’s Agents may enter upon the Property with such prior notice to Tenant as is reasonable under the circumstances.
