Landlord or its agents may enter the Leased Premises at all reasonable times to show the Leased Premises to potential buyers, investors or tenants or other parties; to inspect and conduct tests in order to monitor Tenant’s use or compliance with all applicable environmental laws and all laws governing the presence and use of Hazardous Material; or for any other purpose Landlord deems necessary.
