Landlord’s Access. LANDLORD or its agents may enter the PREMISES at reasonable times to inspect the PREMISES; or for any other purpose LANDLORD deems reasonably necessary. Except in the case of an emergency any such entry by LANDLORD shall be during TENANT’s regular business hours at the PREMISES and shall be with reasonable prior notice of LANDLORD’s intent to enter.
