Common use of Landlord’s Additional Remedies Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Additional Remedies. Consistent with Section 20.4 and subject to Sections 20.3, 20.5 and 20.6, if Tenant is in default under this Lease and has failed to cure such default as provided herein, then Landlord shall have the right to request a court to have a receiver appointed to collect rent and conduct Xxxxxx’s business and operations. Neither the filing of a petition for the appointment of a receiver nor the appointment itself shall constitute an election by Landlord to terminate this Lease.
