LANDLORD'S AND TENANT'S AWARD. Tenant shall be entitled to submit a claim for and to receive an allowance or award for loss of business or depreciation to, damage to or cost of removal of, or for value of trade fixtures, leasehold improvements, furniture and other personal property belonging to Tenant, and any other loss, damage, or claim allowed to Tenant by law.
