Common use of Landlord’s Authority Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Authority. Landlord represents and warrants to Tenant that: (a) Landlord is a duly authorized and existing limited liability company and is qualified to do business in California; (b) the persons and entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Landlord's behalf in accordance with Landlord's operating agreement; and (c) this Lease is binding upon Landlord in accordance with its terms.

Landlord’s Authority. Landlord represents and warrants to Tenant that: (a) Landlord is a duly authorized and existing limited liability company partnership and is qualified to do business in California; (b) the persons and entities executing this Lease are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Landlord's ’s behalf in accordance with Landlord's operating ’s partnership agreement; and (c) this Lease is binding upon Landlord in accordance with its terms.
