Common use of Landlord’s Covenant Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Covenant. The Landlord hereby covenants with the Tenant that the Tenant paying the rents and other monies hereby reserved and performing and observing the covenants conditions and agreements on the part of the Tenant herein contained the Tenant may peaceably hold and enjoy the Premises during the Term without any interruption by the Landlord or any person lawfully claiming through under or in trust for the Landlord
