Common use of Landlord’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Expenses. In the event Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet the Premises or request the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall pay Landlord's reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, attorneys', architects', accountants', engineers' or other consultants' fees.

In the event Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet the Premises or request the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall pay reimburse Landlord for all of Landlord's ’s reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, includingincluding reasonable out-of-pocket attorneys’ fees and costs, but not limited to, attorneys', architects', accountants', engineers' or other consultants' feesto exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).

In the event Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet the Leased Premises or request the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, assignment or subletting or if Tenant shall request the consent of Landlord for any act Tenant proposes to do then Tenant shall pay Landlord's reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, including attorneys', architects', accountants', engineers' or other consultants' fees.

Landlord’s Expenses. In the event Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet the Premises or request the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall pay Landlord's reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, attorneys', architects', accountants', engineers' or other consultants' fees. The provisions of this Section 12.7 shall not apply in connection with a Permitted Transfer.
