Landlord’s Liability. The term "Landlord," as used in this Lease, shall mean only the owner or owners of the Building at the time in question. In the event of any conveyance of title to the Building, then from and after the date of such conveyance, the transferor Landlord shall be relieved of all liability with respect to Landlord's obligations to be performed under this Lease after the date of such conveyance.
