Common use of Landlord's Negligence Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Negligence. Any expense incurred as a result of the adjudicated negligence of Landlord, its agents, servants or employees.

Landlord's Negligence. Any expense incurred as a result of the adjudicated negligence of Landlordlandlord, its agents, servants servants, or employeesemployees or arising out of landlord’s negligent failure to manage the Project consistently with the standards required by this lease.
