Landlord’s Option as to Subject Space. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 14, Landlord shall have the option, by giving written notice to Tenant within thirty (30) days after receipt of any Transfer Notice involving greater than fifty percent (50%) or more of the Premises or Xxxxxx's interest in the Lease, to recapture the Subject Space. Such recapture shall cancel and terminate this Lease with respect to the Subject Space until the last day of the term of the Transfer as set forth in the Transfer Notice.
