Common use of Landlord's Remedies Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Remedies Cumulative. All rights and remedies of Landlord herein enumerated shall be cumulative, and none shall exclude any other right or remedy allowed by law. For the purposes of any suit brought or based hereon, this Lease shall be construed to be a divisible contract, to the end that successive actions may be maintained on this Lease as successive periodic sums mature hereunder.
