Landlord’s Right of Entry for Repairs. Landlord and Landlord’s agents shall have the right to enter upon the Premises, or any part thereof, for the purpose of performing any repairs or maintenance Landlord is permitted to make pursuant to this Lease, and of ascertaining the condition of the Premises or whether Tenant is observing and performing Tenant’s obligations hereunder, all without unreasonable interference from Tenant or Tenant’s agents. Except for emergency maintenance or repairs, the right of entry contained in this Section shall be exercisable at reasonable times, at reasonable hours and on reasonable notice (which shall not be less than twenty-four (24) hours).
