Common use of LANDLORD'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

LANDLORD'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. Xxxxxxxx's right to enter the Premises shall be governed by the provisions of Section 83.53, Florida Statutes, it being understood that hurricanes or severe weather warnings shall constitute an emergency under such Section. Xxxxxxxx’s right to inspect the premises does not imply that Landlord has any duty to secure the property in the event of a hurricane or otherwise or to provide any protection to the Premises, to the Tenant, or for the Tenant’s personal property.
