LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO PERFORM FOR ACCOUNT OF TENANT. If Tenant shall be in Default under this Lease, Landlord may cure the Default at any time for the account and at the expense of Tenant. If Landlord cures a Default on the part of Tenant, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for any amount expended by Landlord in connection with the cure, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and interest.

LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO PERFORM FOR ACCOUNT OF TENANT. If Tenant shall be in Default under this Lease, Landlord may cure the Default at any time after 10 days written notice from Landlord for the account and at the expense of Tenant. If Landlord cures a Default on the part of Tenant, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for any amount expended by Landlord in connection with the cure, including, without limitation, attorneys' attorney's fees and interest.
