Landlord's Right to Post Notices. Landlord shall have the right at all times to post and keep posted on the Premises any notices permitted or required by law, or that Landlord shall deem proper, for the protection of Landlord, the Premises, the Building, and any other party having an interest therein, from mechanics' and materialmen's liens, and Tenant shall give to Landlord at least ten (10) business days' prior notice of commencement of any construction on the Premises.
